TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume you have read and agreed to the following.
1. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
2. The competition is open to persons signing up to The English Studio newsletter.
3. All qualifying entrants who enter correctly will be placed in a draw.
4. The competition is not open to anyone associated with The English Studio.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Only one entry per person.
7. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service from time to time without notice to you.
8. If you want to enter a competition you may enter via the website on the applicable competition page, No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
9. Winners of the competitions in the body of the newsletter will be drawn monthly and notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
1o. Winners of the free course, who enter on subscription, will be drawn yearly and will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
11. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Details of winners will be available upon written request.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not properly received due to communications.

15. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as The English Studio may require.
16. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of The English Studio.
17. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
18. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
19. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
